Session Process
Week before: We send a preparation checklist — what to gather, what to leave at home, and how to transport materials securely.
Morning (2–3 hours): Physical inspection of backup copies. You verify words against your hardware wallet display while we observe and document. We check metal plate corrosion, paper yellowing, and envelope seals.
Midday break: Lunch off-site. No client materials remain unattended in our office.
Afternoon (3–4 hours): Inheritance and recovery walkthrough. We review who knows what, what documents exist, and whether your stated recovery steps actually work with your current setup.
Closing: You receive a printed custody log summary. Digital copies are available only if you provide encrypted storage — we do not email seed-related information.
