Confirm that your recorded recovery words produce the wallet addresses you expect, that all backup copies match each other, and that your custody log reflects the current state of your setup.
Who Should Book
Holders who have not verified backups in over eighteen months, those who recently changed storage locations, or anyone who added a passphrase and wants confirmation that recovery still works.
Session Outline
- Intake review — We compare your custody log (if existing) against what you bring today.
- Primary verification — You enter words into your hardware wallet. We document the process, not the words.
- Secondary copy check — We compare backup copies for discrepancies in handwriting, word order, or physical damage.
- Log update — A new entry records today’s verification date and any changes noted.
Constraints
Sessions require you to bring your hardware wallet and all backup copies you wish to verify. We conduct verification in a private room with no cameras, no network-connected computers, and no mobile phones in the session area (yours may be stored in a lockbox).
Pricing Basis
Fixed fee for up to two backup sets. Additional sets or multisig configurations quoted separately.
