1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing filehavencore.click or engaging File Haven Core Co., Ltd. for custody review services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Description

File Haven Core provides offline wallet custody documentation, seed phrase audit sessions, and recovery checkup planning. We do not manage cryptocurrency funds, execute transactions, store private keys, or provide investment advice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for bringing accurate materials to sessions, verifying their own seed phrases using their own hardware, and maintaining the security of backups before and after engagements. Clients must not request that practitioners enter, record, or store seed phrases electronically.

4. Intellectual Property

Website content, custody log templates, and written materials provided during engagements remain the intellectual property of File Haven Core Co., Ltd. Clients receive a licence to use delivered documents for personal custody purposes only.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client engagement details as confidential. We do not disclose client identities or session contents to third parties except as required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, File Haven Core Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for loss of cryptocurrency access resulting from client actions, pre-existing backup damage, or events outside our control.

7. Appointments and Cancellation

Cancellation terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. Clients who miss scheduled sessions without prior notice forfeit their deposit.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
